Strict compliance with technological requirements in the production of steel is one main factors that determine quality products. In mining industry, at metallurgical enterprises and transport hubs, all kinds vibrating machines are widely used, particular conveyors (VTM): conveyors, feeders, screens screen vibratory loaders. The type drive such an inertial drive, which consists unbalanced vibrators. This simple has been used various types. To ensure stable operation (constancy oscillation amplitude when changing any system parameters) a machine resonant setting used. this regard, there difficulties arise during start-up run-out feeder: increasing oscillations, load on foundation, power consumption, leads to fact motor does not reach rated speed fails start-up. Purpose: study dynamics transients VTM, accompany start VTM from rest run. idea work computer simulation based numerical integration nonlinear differential equations describing motion machine. As well as comparing them experimental data. A mathematical model developed, have compiled taking into account characteristics induction motor. solve developed program application Simulink. obtained dependences confirm increase tray empty stop must be taken calculate parameters systems machines. data compared calculated ones, good coincidence results.
